We offer several straightforward payment options:
● We can send you an invoice with a secure online payment link.
● Bank-transfer instructions are supplied only on your invoice.
● You can pay by card over the telephone on 01704 545644 during our opening hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:30–17:00; Friday, 08:30–15:30.
Yes. After you have placed and paid for your first order, ask our accounts team for a credit application form. Approved accounts receive 30-day payment terms.
Yes. We can create a new logo, develop artwork for stickers or bespoke packaging, produce advertising materials and design all types of signage.
For print-ready artwork, we accept:
● High-resolution PDF files
● EPS files, ideally with all text converted to outlines
● PSD files, ideally with all text converted to outlines
If you are unsure which format to send, call us and we will help.
Email providers often limit attachment sizes. Contact us and we will provide a secure file-transfer link for large photographs, images or artwork.
Yes. If you know the Pantone or CMYK reference, we can match it. If not, we can print colour swatches for you to compare. Colours can appear slightly different on different materials, so we will advise you on the most suitable option.
Yes. We dispatch orders from our Southport premises across the UK and worldwide. Standard UK delivery is normally the next working day between 08:00 and 18:00. Pre-noon, pre-10:00 and Saturday services may also be available. Tracking information can be provided on request.
Yes. Our qualified signage fitters can install your new signage at a convenient time. Visit our About page or contact us to discuss installation.
Because our products are bespoke and made to order, our minimum order charge is £35 plus VAT. This covers setup and machinery costs when producing individual items.
Our products include a minimum 12-month guarantee. If you need warranty information for a particular product, please contact our sales team before ordering.
